For property owners

More income.
Fewer headaches.

Owners come to us for the same reason: they want the building to perform without running it themselves. Here is exactly how that works, from first call to monthly statement.

Our management process

Six steps from first call to monthly statement.

01

Assessment

We walk the property, review leases, rents and financials, and give you a written view of current performance.

02

Proposal

A management scope, fee and service standard — in writing, with nothing that appears later.

03

Onboarding

Files, keys, deposits, vendor contracts and tenant notices transferred inside two weeks.

04

Operate

Leasing, maintenance, collections and compliance run by your named manager.

05

Report

A monthly owner statement with variance commentary and open work orders.

06

Review

Annual budget, rent strategy and capital planning session with ownership.

Switching to Aplis

Changing managers is easier than staying unhappy.

We review your current agreement, serve the required notice, and coordinate the handover of leases, deposits, keys, vendor contracts and accounting records. Tenants receive a single clear notice with new contact details. Most transitions complete inside two weeks with no interruption to rent collection.

Frequently asked questions

What does management cost?

A percentage of collected rent, disclosed in full before you sign. New mandates receive two months complimentary.

Can I switch mid-lease?

Yes. We coordinate the handover with your outgoing manager, notify tenants correctly and transfer deposits and records.

How fast will you lease a vacancy?

Most units are on market within 48 hours of keys and leased in two to four weeks after full screening.

Do I approve expenses?

You set a spending threshold. Anything above it needs your written approval, except genuine emergencies.

Am I locked in?

No. Agreements end on thirty days' written notice.

Request a management proposal
