The Core Care Package starts at $199 per month, with a minimum of 1 unit and a maximum of 3 units. Each additional unit is billed at $100 per month. This package is ideal for individual condo owners or hands-off landlords with small portfolios. Condos under 800 sq. ft. incur no additional fee, while larger units are subject to a $25/month surcharge for additional oversight. For small multiplexes (duplexes/triplexes), pricing is applied per unit.
This package applies to both residential and commercial properties under the 3-unit threshold. Aplis reserves the right to change pricing, adjust service levels, or amend eligibility criteria at any time.

The  Advantage Package begins at $299 per month, with a minimum of 3 units and a maximum of 9 units. Each additional unit beyond the minimum is billed at $125 per month. Best suited for landlords or investors with mid-sized portfolios, this package includes enhanced reporting, vendor management, and maintenance coverage. For condos in buildings with shared boards, coordination is included. For multiplexes, common area oversight is provided.
Available for both residential and commercial properties with 3 to 9 units. Aplis reserves the right to modify pricing, service offerings, or qualification requirements without prior notice.

The Premium Plus Package starts at $399 per month, with a minimum of 5 units and no maximum unit limit, making it ideal for large portfolios, developers, or institutional landlords. This package includes strategic asset planning, compliance support, and a dedicated account manager. Condo services include insurance and status certificate handling. For multiplexes, capital reserve planning and multi-unit efficiency optimization are covered.
Applicable to residential and commercial portfolios with 5 or more units. Aplis reserves the right to revise pricing, package terms, and scope of service at its sole discretion.
