At Aplis Property Management Inc. (“Aplis”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all individuals, including persons with disabilities. We strive to ensure that everyone who interacts with our services—whether in person, online, or over the phone—can do so in a manner that respects their dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
We are continuously working to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility within our workplace and across our customer service delivery. Our goal is to provide our services and information in a way that is accessible to all clients, tenants, contractors, and the general public. This includes ensuring our website, communication methods, and physical spaces are welcoming and usable for individuals of all abilities.
We are committed to providing accessible customer service. This means that we will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take their needs into account and provide accessible formats or communication supports upon request. We also allow the use of assistive devices, service animals, and support persons in all areas of our premises that are open to the public.
Employees and representatives of Aplis Property Management receive training on AODA standards and the Ontario Human Rights Code as they relate to people with disabilities. This training helps our team understand how to interact with individuals with various disabilities, use assistive technologies properly, and provide excellent, respectful service to everyone.
We welcome feedback about how we deliver accessible services and encourage anyone with questions, concerns, or suggestions to reach out. Feedback can be provided via email, phone, or mail, and we will ensure that our response process is accessible upon request.
Aplis Property Management is also committed to meeting its accessibility obligations in employment, including accessible hiring practices, accommodations during the recruitment process, and individual accommodation plans for employees with disabilities.
We are dedicated to making ongoing improvements to accessibility and regularly review our policies and practices to ensure they comply with applicable laws and meet the evolving needs of our clients and community.
