01. Submit Application or Inquiry

Begin by filling out the application form below. Tell us about your business, the services you provide, the areas you operate in, and any relevant experience or credentials. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a growing business looking to expand your client base, we want to learn how you could be a fit within our professional network.

02. Eligibility Review

Once we receive your submission, our team will carefully review your information. We look for professional certifications, insurance coverage, relevant licenses, and at least two recent references. This step ensures that everyone we work with meets our standards of reliability, safety, and quality service. If we require additional documentation or clarification, we’ll be in touch promptly.

03. Onboarding Call

Qualified applicants will be invited to a brief onboarding call. This is our opportunity to get to know you beyond the paperwork—your strengths, values, availability, and long-term goals. We’ll also share what working with Aplis entails, outline our expectations, and answer any questions about workflows, job requests, or payment terms.

04. Get Started

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll be added to our professional network and can begin receiving opportunities. Whether it's maintenance work, tenant-related services, or collaborative partnerships, you’ll be connected with our property managers, operations team, and clients as needed.     For standard requests, our team responds within 24–48 business hours. Emergency requests are prioritized and responded to immediately.
  • I forgot my Tenant Portal login—what do I do?
    Go to the Tenant Portal and click "Forgot Password" to reset your login. If you're still having trouble, please contact our support team at support@aplismanagement.com, and we’ll assist you within one business day.
  • How do I request maintenance or report an issue?
    All non-urgent maintenance requests should be submitted through the Tenant Portal. For emergencies—such as major leaks, no heat in winter, or electrical hazards—please call our 24/7 emergency line at (647) 482-4137. Our maintenance team is dispatched promptly based on the severity and timing of the issue.
  • How do I enroll my property with Aplis?
    Visit our Property Enrollment Page and complete the intake form. Our onboarding team will follow up to gather any additional details and begin the transition process.
  • Can I schedule a site visit or evaluation?
    Yes. We offer free property assessments for prospective clients. This allows us to understand your needs and provide a tailored service proposal. Book your assessment via the consultation form or by emailing owners@aplismanagement.com.
  • How do I get a quote for management services?
    Use our Book a Consultation form to share your property details. One of our advisors will follow up within 1 business day to schedule a call or site visit. You can also email us directly at owners@aplismanagement.com.
  • What types of properties does Aplis manage?
