Aplis Property Management was founded in 2023 with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of property management in Ontario through transparency, professionalism, and unwavering legal compliance. What began as a one-woman vision quickly evolved into a growing firm that property owners and tenants trust for clarity, consistency, and care.
The idea for Aplis was born from firsthand experience. Our founder, Kaitlynn Martins, had spent years working across real estate investment, interior design, and project coordination — and repeatedly saw the same issues: neglected maintenance, poor communication, and management firms that treated properties like numbers rather than homes or assets. Kaitlynn knew the industry needed a fresh approach, one that blended strategic property oversight with strong legal knowledge and a human-first mindset.
With that vision in hand, Kaitlynn launched Aplis out of a small home office, managing a modest portfolio and doing everything from tenant communication to vendor calls herself. She quickly earned a reputation for being detail-oriented, responsive, and deeply invested in her clients’ peace of mind.
As word spread, so did Aplis' impact. Within a year, the company grew to support a diverse mix of residential and commercial properties, each managed with the same care and structure that defined its roots. Today, Aplis is a multi-service property management company that continues to prioritize proactive solutions, regulatory compliance, and personalized client service.

Kaitlynn Martins is a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary leader behind Aplis Property Management. With a multi-disciplinary background spanning real estate, interior design, operations, and brand development, she brings a uniquely holistic approach to modern property management.
Her journey began in the property sector through real estate marketing and investment, where she quickly recognized a gap in the market: property owners were underserved by outdated systems, inconsistent communication, and lack of accountability from traditional management firms.
Driven by a desire to challenge the status quo, she founded Aplis in 2023 with one clear goal — to offer smarter, legally sound, service-focused property management that both landlords and tenants could trust.
Under Kaitlynn’s leadership, Aplis has grown into a firm known for its proactive problem-solving, personalized service, and compliance-first mindset.
